The Crumpsall Concert Band is a community wind band based at the Methodist Church Crumpsall. Formed in 1993, originally as a dual marching / concert band, they are now embarking on their 30th season.
Rehearsals are on a Wednesday evening, 7.30-9pm. New players always welcome!
From the band: Our primary aim is to fulfil the needs of local instrumentalists, mainly brass and reeds, by enabling them to play together. Some of our players are late comers to music having first taken up the hobby in adulthood, while others have rediscovered their love of playing after many years of absence from this most social of hobbies.
Regardless of ability and experience, all players are encouraged to enjoy music making and achieve their maximum potential.
