Organised by the Cleaner Crumpsall Group, Crumpsall's festive lights were officially switched on in the grounds of MCC. With festive music from Crumpsall Concert Band, and lots of lovely refreshments, the Christmas community spirit was shared by all.

On Advent Weekend, we held our Christmas Fair, organised by members of the Church and supported by community groups. 

Again, Crumpsall Concert Band provided a festive, musical backdrop as people perused the stalls and enjoyed refreshments.

Our next Fair will be in May 2023 - keep an eye on the website and our social media for details!

On Sunday 29th January 2023, we celebrated the 47th Anniversary of the opening of Methodist Church Crumpsall. This is the first time we've been able to come together to do so in a few years - it was lovely to share this occasion together once more!

Members of our community groups joined us for and contributed to our Community Carol Service; another of our longstanding traditions that we're pleased to have been able to return to.

With thanks to Crumpsall Concert Band, our organist, Louise, and our community groups, the local community joined us as we enjoyed a lovely service of traditional carols, readings and performances.

Afterwards, we shared in festive refreshments.

Crumpsall Concert Band hosted their Spring Concert in front of a packed audience at Methodist Church Crumpsall on Saturday 1st April.
As part of their 30th Anniversary Celebrations, as a thank you to their supporters, the concert was free of charge.

Thank you for your support at our recent jumble sale, which raised over £300 for the Scout Group, Brownies & Rainbows and MCC...

A lovely morning of celebration at Methodist Church Crumpsall on 21st May, with a baptism, confirmations and we welcomed James, Neri and Joan as members of the Church.

On Saturday 13th May, we enjoyed our Spring Fair in glorious sunshine. Our community groups put on some great stalls and we welcomed the local community to join us for a lovely afternoon of activities and refreshments, along with music from Crumpsall Concert Band.

Our annual Remembrance Sunday Service including the traditional Act of Remembrance. We were joined by our Uniformed Organisations to observe this important occasion.

The band's Movies, Musicals & More Autumn Concert was held at MCC on Saturday 19th November and was the debut performance of their Principal Conductor, Maren. 

We enjoyed a variety of showtunes and film classics, both traditional and modern and were pleased to host our local Band once again.

On Saturday 2nd July, we had a social afternoon tea and welcomed back our minister, Sharon. It was lovely to be able to spend time with everyone again!

The band's Summer Spectacular Showcase Concert was held at MCC on Saturday 9th July. We enjoyed a wide variety of music through the decades.

After a couple of years' break, we were back to our traditional Easter morning cooked breakfast, followed by our Easter Day Service.

Our traditional parade service took place on Remembrance Sunday. The photos show our Act of Remembrance and Last Post, led by Rev. Matt Smith and members of the uniformed organisations.
